Personal Training
Personal training is time that is spent specifically focusing on a person health needs. Mostly people come for physical fitness training but often there are behaviors that need coaching. The certifications of personal trainer and behavior health coach are an ideal mix to help clients in their journey to better health.
People always ask how often should I come?
Everything about personal training is individual as is the answer to that question! Some people come once a month, some twice a month- others as often as three times a week. It's a conversation to be had as there are many variables. Most important is what works for you!
What makes me stand out from other trainers?
The relationships I develop with my clients. I learn about their lives, their lifestyles and understand how to help them keep going. In the process I figure out how to challenge them for success. With years of experience, I know many options of strength training and what works best for different people.
Who can benefit from Personal Training?
I enjoy working with all types of people; my favorite ones? Those that realize the impact of fitness on their lives. To make a life changing impact for a person is an incredible thing. I have a knack working with youth, I connect with teens teaching them the ins/outs of proper lifting. Motivating groups of kids is also a favorite activity.
The other group I have great experience with is the 45 and older group. Maintaining fitness, gentle, proper challenging while respecting injuries is something I exceed at. Understanding the balance of life and its physical needs are something I innately strive to help others with.
What classes are offered at LTM Fitness?
I have organized the class schedule so there is a variety of class types for both morning and evening people. For the greatest health benefits, people should strength train 2-3 times per week and moderately increase their heart rate 150 minutes per week. Cardio strength, bootcamp and TRX will do both!
