Personal  Trainer
Behavior Health Coach
Group Fitness

It excites me when my clients have success with their training. Whether it is preparing for surgery, recovering from surgery, getting ready for a sports season, or just simply picking up grandchildren - we all have personal goals that require personalized attention.

My Story

Originally from upstate NY,  I fell in love with the lakes and mountains.  Active my whole life, I fit into what the area offered and found an awesome gym to start my career. With the help of some amazing mentors (Tammy & Erin), I began teaching classes and training people with functional fitness (way before that was the go-to term!).  A couple decades later I am still at it and happy as ever!  I have been fortunate to work with varied age group and physical situations.  My benefit, I  keep learning in every situation.  Along the way I worked as  an adjunct for Plymouth State University in the Health and Human Performance department.  Educating college students about 1:1 training and real life situations  was a great opportunity for me  to learn more about myself as a trainer and support my training methods.

After 20 years, I opened my own business in December 2022.  It is my belief each client is more than a person or member of a club.   Working with me, you will know I have your interests at heart.  I spend time creating workouts designed for you.  Individual training requires individual planning!  My happiest moments are when a person tells me, "oh my gosh, I didn't think I could do that" or I get a text, "guess what I  did today..."

Email,  text or call.  Helping improve your health, lifestyle and achieve your goals is what I do!

And If you're  wondering.... LTM stands for Live, Train, Move.  But the letters are actually about my boys & I (ok, they are now men).  LTM....  Liz Trevor Max
